Wes Cruver, age 21, serves as Chief Creative Officer. Wes co-founded Kidz Online when he was eleven years old. He is responsible for the look and feel of all Kidz Online content and the quality of the programming. Wes designed the KOL website and is responsible for its evolution and maintenance. He also designed and wrote the code for the interactive media module. Wes has produced numerous promotional videos, 6 global webcasts, and a film for the 2000 Global Internet Summit.
   
Chris Marshall, age 19, serves as Chief Technology Officer. Chris has worked for KOL for the past six years where he developed extensive experience with streaming media production and distribution. His most recent work as has been the design and implementation of the next generation, fiber-optic based, distribution network connecting the Digital Studio at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology to Equinix in Herndon Virginia. Chris is also studying Electrical and Computer Engineering as a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University.
   
Joel Holland, age 18, serves as Chief Marketing Officer, as well as the producer of Streaming Futures. Joel has been starting and running businesses since he was 12 and is ranked in the top 10 nationwide for his marketing skills through DECA, a national organization with more than 300,000 teen members, and was named Business Student of the Year by the McLean, Virginia, Chamber of Commerce in 2002. He was recently awarded second place in Virginia for the Journalism Education Association High School Journalist of the Year Contest.
   
   
Jeff Fissel, serves as Chief of Webcast Operations and has produced several global webcasts. He is responsible for the management and production of a Preparing Teachers to Teach Technology (PT3) grant in partnership with George Mason University and three school districts funded by the Department of Education. Jeff also co-manages KOL's Wi-FI last mile beta programs and is in charge of managing all the after school programs. He is a junior at George Mason University studying Information Technology.
   
Oscar Navarro, a software developer, designs and implements backend web applications for Kidz Online. For the past few years, he worked for the Verizon Information Delivery system department, which maintains and develops Verizon's Intranet. He has a degree in application software development and currently is studying Computer Science at George Mason University.
   
Kristin Miller, serves in the web casting department and has helped to produce several global web cast. Kristin also helps recruit people for Streaming Futures. Kristin is a Computer Science major at George Mason University currently going into her sophomore year
   
Jared McQueen, serves as Lead Production Editor for KOL's Teach IT series. Skilled in almost every facet of Information Technology, Jared has perused everything from computer networking to 3D animation. Jared is currently finishing up his senior year at George Mason University majoring in Information Technology concentrating in Information Security and Telecommunications. When not behind a computer Jared enjoys outdoor sports, running, and going to concerts.

Jodi Wilkinson, an information technology major at George Mason University, serves in the webcasting and web development departments. She has been a part of dozens of webcasts locally and nationwide. Jodi is also in charge of producing Teacher Live, KOL's monthly webcast geared towards teachers. When not on webcasts, she works on various aspects of the KOL website.
   
Gino Guzzardo, serves as a Producer, Writer, and 2D Animator. In addition to creating the 2D Animation TeachIt, Gino is co-producing the upcoming NetBasics unit. He also developed and teaches an “Internet Basics” course through KOL’s partnership with the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. While being proficient in many digital mediums, including 2D and 3D animation, digital illustration, Flash, and video editing, Gino is also traditionally trained in painting, drawing, photography, and film. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from The University of Southern California.
   
Ian Dale, serves as Producer Animation and 3D. Ian has been involved with KOL for the past six years, handling many of their graphics and animation needs. A recent graduate of the University of Southern California, Ian received his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, and currently resides in Los Angeles. He has experience with a variety of artistic applications, including 3D animation, digital art and illustration, oil painting, drawing, and computer game design, and has received awards in each. Ian has recently completed the TEACH IT unit on 3D animation.
   
Brendan Piper is a recent addition to Kidz Online team, he has been involved in Television and Video Production for four years. Brendan started out in Music Video programming but has transitioned to producing everything from short films to political forums. Brendan has worked on multiple live shows and countless field productions. Brendan has created and taught an accredited college level course for the Los Angeles Community College District in Web Page development. He is developing and teaching courses in multimedia production for several other groups. He is managing the oversight and construction of KOL's new complete production studio and training center in downtown Los Angeles, his third studio construction project. 
   
Brittany East, age 21, serves in Graphic Development as well as assisting in operations management. Brittany is a recent graduate with a B. A. in Graphic Design from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She has helped to produce, host, and edit several global web cast and is also involved in the gurl TECH channel. She produces a great deal of the promotional material for KOL including the CD graphics for the first ever Web Works CD which made its début at the annual NECC conference in New Orleans June 2004.
   
Chris Watnee, serves as an Editor and Digital Artist. He is currently a senior at George Mason University, Majoring in Art and Visual Technology, with a Digital Arts concentration, and a Minor in Multimedia.
   
  Phil Cruver, serves as president and is the husband and the father of the co-founders. He previously founded and was CEO of three publicly-traded companies in the transportation, wind energy, and petroleum industries. Phil has written over 70 articles published in national magazines and trade journals on the subject of emerging technologies and is the holder of two patents granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
