Overview:
Welcome to Nortel Networks Kidz Online! Our web site at: (www.kidzonline.org) offers free videos and lesson plans. We strive to make sure that every video that we create has corresponding lesson plans. We also have lesson plans designed to help teachers integrate technology into their core academic classes.
Use of this site requires both Internet Explorer 6.0 and the Macromedia Flash Player. All videos are displayed using the Windows Media Player which comes standard with Internet Explorer 6. Some embedded documents on our site require the Adobe Acrobat reader. Use the links below to download the necessary files if you do not already have them installed on your computer.
Videos:
Our videos are accessible from throughout the web site – you do not need to log in to access the videos. Find a video you like, click on the thumbnail image or the video title and viola! We do offer the option to download many of our videos onto your computer, this option does require you to register with us so that we can contact you as we update those programs.

Potential Pitfalls for Teacher Login:
Currently we have a staff of industrious coders working to make the NNKOL/Class Server experience a good one for you. In the meantime, there are some known errors. When you click on the teacher button from our web site, you may see a message box that looks like this:
Click “Open” and you will be back in business.
 |
If you get a 404 error (Page not found), simply go to your desktop and double-click on the Microsoft Class Server icon. The end result is the same – Class Server will open. |
Thank you for your patience in this matter. We are working very hard to eliminate these pitfalls.
Student access to lessons/homework:
Students can access lessons/homework exercises that have been assigned to them by using the student button available on most pages of the web site or by going directly to http://class1.kidzonline.org/MicrosoftClassServer |
